PENNGATE
In March-April of 2008 we where searching for a new name for our business that would suit a growing multi-national company. We're located in Pennsylvania USA and wanted to show our connection to PA, and after much consideration and research we came up with the name PennGate and learned the domain name was available.

On 5-8-2008 we registered the domain and began the process of restructuring our company.

Not long ago we learned that there is another company named "PENGATE" with only one N that conducts business in the north east USA.

After much consideration we have decided to once again start that process over again.

We will now be known as:

LAYERDYNE
